By the time I got home from school it was about 6:30ish – so to say my evening’s required little effort was an understatement!
As soon as I got home I’d eat and get straight on with work for the night. If I was being organised I could normally have it all done by 8pm (but it was A-Level so sometimes it was 3AM lol don’t recommend them). However, if I was on a good night I’d pack up my work and get my bag ready for the next day!
If I wasn’t too exhausted I’d always either go for a run or do a 30-minute workout! At the moment, I’m using the Fitness Plan Bikini Blast workout plan*, I was feeling so insecure about my body before I started this plan and it was really getting me down – but quickly I started to notice a difference when I began using this!
After I’d done a workout I’d remove my make-up and jump in the shower. I wash my hair every night (fight me hairdressers) using the VO5 Nourish My Shine shampoo and conditioner. My hair is super long and takes forever to dry, so washing it at night works the best for me! I’ll also wash my body using the Feather and Down Sweet Dreams Melting Shower Cream or Lush’s Twilight Shower Gel and exfoliate using the Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub then wash my face using the Clean & Clear Exfoliating Daily Wash!
Once I’m out of the shower, I dry off then cleanse my face using the Clean & Clear Cleansing Lotion and moisturise using Lush’s Vanishing Cream. I then apply the Vaseline Lip Therapy in cocoa all over my lips (stating the obvious champion 2017).
To moisturise the rest of my body, I use the Vaseline Essential Care Lotion! I then put my pyjamas on and make myself a cup of hot chocolate and put on a film.
Just before I get into bed I brush my teeth, pop my retainer in and scroll through social media before I go to sleep!
